Tone it Up – Getting Fit for the Summer



This is about a week late. I should have posted this last Sunday but I was on my way to a business trip and just couldn’t get organized with this post.





But here I am … fellow Tone It Up Sisters I want to share my 5 goals that I hope to achieve upon complete of the 8 week challenges:

  1. Stay committed (fulfill the daily challenges and sometimes go beyond, and share in social media)
  2. Be consistent with both work outs and nutrition
  3. Tone it up!
  4. Become stronger and more focused on my fitness routine
  5. Be honest and true to myself and my fellow TIU sisters participating in this Series. This includes being supportive of those also on a journey to get fit.
