I am so excited to join #1MillionMinutes with #sweatpink! This summer my goal is to do at least 60 minutes a day of running and strength training, while wearing my favorite workout top.
I predict that we’ll reach the goal of #1MillionMinutes – we’ll actually hit #2MillionMinutes of minutes this summer! I predict that running will be the top-logged movement.
I’ll get extra minutes in by walking(verb) to/from work, the market and family outings!
My favorite way to get extra minutes in is by practising my strength training with my hubby. Emy (my daughter) is my BEST activity partner because she is so active and energetic. Our favorite way to relax post-workout is to cuddle and read story books.
