A smoothie recipe to get your taste buds hopping!
What’s the best way to cleanse your palette after a busy and treat filled weekend? Start your day off with a delicious smoothie, filed with all sorts of fresh ingredients.
- ¼ cup of white plain yogurt (probiotic if possible)
- ¼ tsp of flax seeds
- ¼ cup of pineapple
- 1/2 mango
- ¼ cup of blackberries
- ¼ cup of spinach or arugula
- 2 tbsps of large flake oats
- ½ cup of coconut milk (fresh)
- 1 sprig of mint (my favourite part!!)
Once you have added all your ingredients into your smoothie cup (Nutribullet is a hit in our household), blend until you have reached your desired consistency.
