This is about a week late. I should have posted this last Sunday but I was on my way to a business trip and just couldn’t get organized with this post.
But here I am … fellow Tone It Up Sisters I want to share my 5 goals that I hope to achieve upon complete of the 8 week challenges:
- Stay committed (fulfill the daily challenges and sometimes go beyond, and share in social media)
- Be consistent with both work outs and nutrition
- Tone it up!
- Become stronger and more focused on my fitness routine
- Be honest and true to myself and my fellow TIU sisters participating in this Series. This includes being supportive of those also on a journey to get fit.
