So this upcoming weekend (for two days straight!) I will participating in an intensive Group Instructor training – Fundamentals and Group Strength. I am excited and nervous! Over the last two weeks my training has personally suffered, and I have been eating more “cheat foods and carbs – like bread” than I have in a long time.
Goals: I am so excited for all the good things to come from this training and the extra push it will give me to get back on track! My goal is to get back on track with the clean eating, and stop myself from grabbing a quick fix on the days we are the busiest.
Finally, I have some good news to share — I just received my Basic Theory Certificate from YMCA. I passed with flying colours, 94%!!! It is exactly the inspiration I need to be successful and driven this weekend to complete my classroom physical training hours.
