I am a “Jill of trades,” passionate about trying new things and inspiring others to do the same. I love to eat clean and to promote a healthy wellbeing, while trying to be realistic and accountable. A healthy body promotes a healthy mind.
For me this begins with expanding my knowledge base and learning more about fitness (I enrolled in a Personal Trainer Certification), to be followed by a course on nutrition. Despite being an athletic and active individual my entire life and growing up in a family that promoted healthy living, I am just beginning my fitness journey and will start a new chapter of self-discovery. I hope to discover and understand better how simple lifestyle modifications and greater accountability can provide lasting effects.
